ORDERING INFORMATION FOR SUGAR GARDEN
Sugar Flowers and Sugar Decorations are hand delivered via courier in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. Delivery charges apply and are based on location. All deliveries are made during the day on Saturdays and Sundays and someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If you are outside of our delivery area on the East Coast; please contact us to see if it would be possible to have sugar flowers delivered to your area.
Silicone molds are delivered worldwide via UPS, Express Mail or International Courier.
All items are made to order. A minimum of four weeks between placing an order and delivery is recommended. For a wedding we recommended you place your order at least two months in advance. Since all of our products are made to order, the sooner you reserve your date on our work schedule, the better. It is never too early to place your order. Please be sure to include the date of your event in your email. At certain times of the year rush orders can be accommodated. Please call or email us if this is the case and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Final counts must be confirmed 2 weeks before ship date.
Sugar-Garden.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse an order.
Orders will only be confirmed upon (1) a fully executed Contract between Sugar Garden and the client; (2) the receipt of payment in full; and (3) a confirmatory email from Sugar Garden to the client informing them that the funds have been received and have cleared the bank and an email enclosing a copy of the fully executed contract. Until all the above conditions are met, no Contract will be deemed to exist between Sugar Garden and the client.
Sugar Garden reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any order.
Method of Payment
Once we receive your order, we will calculate shipping and handling costs as well as any applicable taxes and email you with a price quote. Payment for your order must be made in full before Sugar Garden will commence work on your order. Payment is to be made by Bank Check or Money Order in U.S. Dollars. Sorry, no personal checks or C.O.D. shipments are accepted.
International Customers: Only silicone molds will be shipped internationally. At this time we are not accepting international orders for Sugar Flowers or Sugar Decorations.
Money Orders, International Money Orders or Bank Checks should be made payble to Silvia M. Ponce.

Shipping & Handling
All items are shipped Monday through Friday via United States Postal Service Express Mail. Delivery is overnight to most domestic locations. International orders are shipped via United States Express Mail International. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. A handling charge will be added to shipping charges. All packages are sent with insurance. All packages must be signed for.
Sugar Garden will make every reasonable effort to guarantee the safe arrival of your purchases. However, due to the nature of the sugar flowers and the sugar decorations, some damage may occur during transit that is out of the control of Sugar Garden. By signing our Contract, you agree not to hold Sugar Garden or any of its representatives responsible for such damage and there will be no further obligation due on the part of Sugar Garden.
Because our products are meant to be used in connection with food, returns are not permitted.
